Product Returns:

1. Unopened Packaging: Sex-toys and lingerie with sealed packaging must not have the seal broken
2. Product Condition: Must be in perfect condition, including all accessories and original documents/components
3. Time Frame: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt
4. Return Process: If products are non-defective, have used packaging, or have been used, they will be returned to the buyer with shipping costs borne by them.

Change of Orders:

1. Color/Size Change: Free reshipment if the error is due to the company's fault
2. Defective Product or Company Error: Shipping costs are borne by the company
3. Replacement or Addition of New Item: Reshipment of the package with a charge of 5€ applicable across Greece
4. Manufacturer's Warranty: No service or warranty is provided beyond what is offered by the manufacturers
5. Intact Packaging: Changes are not accepted for products with violated packaging
6. Returns for Non-Defective Products: Due to health and safety concerns, returns of non-defective erotic items are not accepted once dispatched and delivered.

Bulk Order Specifics:

1. Large Volume Returns: For bulk order returns, pre-authorization is required. Contact our support team for assistance
2. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of [X%] may apply for bulk returns to cover handling and processing
3. Bulk Order Cancellations: Cancellations of bulk orders must be made before shipment. Post-shipment cancellations will incur shipping and handling charges
